Hi there,

Every year, Donald H. Taylor asks L&D pros around the world a simple question: what’s going to be hot this year?

And the early signals for 2026? Things are shifting—fast. New trends are popping up, old favorites are moving down the list, and the “why” behind it all is especially interesting.

Want your voice in the mix—and a copy of the full report when it’s out?
Take Don’s two-minute poll here.

And thanks to our partnership with Don on this year’s report, you’ll get access to an exclusive findings webinar just for our readers. Stay tuned for a save-the-date email.

Thanks,

David James
