Upload Emails To A Spotmar Collection

Most major email clients allow you to download emails as EML files, this is the format Spotmar requires for importing.

1. Within Gmail or Outlook, open the email you want to import
2. Click on the 3 dots in the top right of the email
3. From the dropdown menu, select “Download message”
4. Next, go back to Spotmar and open the Collection you wish to upload to
5. Select the files or drag/drop your EML files up to 5 at a time.  Click the “Upload” button.
6. Spotmar will immediately start uploading and processing the email(s)
