2022 - Year in Review

Hey ,

Thank you for joining us on our journey to democratize real estate investing this past year. While 2021 was filled with a lot of “firsts”, in 2022 YOU helped us take an even bigger leap forward. From expanding our user base to adding assets to the platform to increasing secondary market activity, together we accomplished a lot in 2022:

Looking ahead, we are poised to build upon the foundation that we laid in 2022. This year, we anticipate adding hundreds of millions of dollars worth of assets to the platform, seeing a dramatic increase in revenue, and selling more tokens than ever before.

Following a year where the Dow Jones and S&P 500 fell significantly and with the highest inflation levels in over 40 years, real estate remains an attractive place to invest. Because AKRU opens doors previously closed to investors, you now have the opportunity to preserve and grow your wealth despite tough market conditions. We look forward to working with you this year as we both strive to achieve our goals.

We have curated a a brief document for you that will tell you all about how we are revolutionizing commercial real estate investing.
