Hi ,

At Apothékary, we’re proud to create products that support the real demands of your everyday life.

For instance, we know we can’t make the stress of the world disappear, but we do have products that help tension melt away. Similarly, we can’t turn back the hands of time, but we do have solutions that support firmer, more youthful skin. I’m proud to say our lineup of effective, plant-powered formulas goes on.

And today, after many months of research, development, and testing, we launch our newest product: Sugar Kick™, a unique tincture specially formulated to help curb blood sugar spikes before they start. Because like stress and aging, sugar is one of those things that’s just a part of life—but that doesn’t mean we have to let it get the best of us.

For our VIPs (including you!) Sugar Kick™ is now available here for early access.

We formulated Sugar Kick™ knowing that maintaining healthy, normal blood sugar levels is one of the most important things we can do for our health. When our blood sugar spikes and crashes, it can cause a ricochet of negative effects like cravings, fatigue, and irritability. Over time, this can harm our cells through oxidative stress and glycation—factors behind accelerated aging and increased inflammation.

In the wellness space, there’s a strong call to avoid all sugar and carbs whatsoever, but I personally find that incredibly limiting to living life—especially around the holidays. I can’t imagine not enjoying some ice cream, cake, bread, rice…you name it. I know I’m not the only person who feels this way, which is why we created a product that would help you to have your cake and eat it, too.

Sugar Kick™ has a naturally sweet and slightly tart taste that comes from its Japanese-inspired ingredients, including ume plum vinegar, bitter melon, white mulberry leaf, mandarin peel, and hibiscus. Unlike our other tinctures, this formula also incorporates two different types of vinegar (apple cider and ume plum), which, if taken before eating, has been shown to be effective at mitigating blood sugar spikes after high carb meals. Collectively, studies have shown that these ancient remedies help mitigate blood sugar spikes while also helping maintain normal blood glucose levels, supporting digestion, and improving stress, fatigue, and longevity over time.

We recommend taking Sugar Kick™ 10-15 minutes before carb-heavy meals to curb blood sugar spikes, or throughout the day for maintenance. As with all our products, we encourage you to integrate this formula with a healthy lifestyle (eating well, exercising, getting more sleep) in an effort to support your overall health and longevity.

However you use it, we know you’re going to love Sugar Kick™ and I can’t wait to hear how it works for you. It’s shipping now, just in time for those holiday dinners and treats! Have your cake, and eat it (with me), too.
