Hi ,

Siff & Nish here, and we are SO excited to tell you all about Tone!

Back in 2016, my (Siff’s) brother started to take creatine which he would not shut up about. Now for context, my brother has been weightlifting since he was 15 and his arm is double the size of my neck. So while that was the first time that creatine had been put on my radar, I’d kind of written it off as a bro-ey supplement that was for bodybuilders.

But over the next few years, especially between 2021 and 2023, we kept seeing more and more studies about the incredible health benefits of creatine. And contrary to what we’d thought, the research showed just how much women can benefit from it—especially when it comes to building lean muscle.

In 2023, we joined our gym in LA, which is founded by a doctor, and one of the first things that I (Siff) was encouraged to do was start taking creatine. So I did, and was shocked at how much I loved it. I was able to put on muscle with ease, and felt so much stronger. But what I did not love was the fact that it was in powder format and tasted absolutely foul unless I mixed it into a smoothie. I also didn’t love the bloating which sometimes came as a side effect. And so this is what got us thinking about Tone.

What if we could create a product that helped women get the benefits of creatine (lean muscle and strength) without the bulk and bloat that sometimes comes with it. And most importantly, could we create it in a form that you’d actually want to consume?

So a year and a half and 60+ product iterations later, here we are. A creatine formula that finally speaks your language and addresses all of your concerns with a one-of-a-kind blend →

We paired the gold-standard 5g of creatine monohydrate, a body-sculpting postbiotic, & gut-friendly ginger together to bring you the lean, defined results you want – minus the bloat and the bulk.

The best part? It’s all packed into a tasty gummy that makes working out feel like a treat rather than a chore.

We’re SO proud of this launch and everything it represents–and we can’t wait for you to experience all of Tone’s amazing benefits!
