Hi none,

Today I’m thinking about the women in all of our orbits.

The ones who raised us.
The ones who cook with us.
The ones who push us, or hold us (sometimes both).
The ones who show up with groceries, or wine, or exactly the right advice.

The brilliant ones. The generous ones. The complicated ones.

All of them.

International Women’s Day is one of my favorite days of the year. It gives me an excuse to say out loud what I’m always thinking.

Brightland is woman-founded, led and almost entirely women-run. I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside some of the smartest, most creative people I know who believe that quality, artistry and provenance all matter in crafting the best tasting (and most beautiful) olive oils, vinegars and honey we've ever tried. Little luxuries that live in our kitchens and we reach for every day. (We do have one man on our ops team. He is doing great. We love working with him.)

That spirit shapes everything we make: the care we take with our ingredient sourcing and production, the ease of bringing flavor to your plates, and our belief that small, beautiful things in life matter.

If you want to send something to one of those women, something small and beautiful for her kitchen, here are two gifts I love right now:

The Spring Flavor Duo ($80)
Our 'Arise' Basil and 'Lucid' Lemon olive oils, bundled just for the season. Bright, herbaceous, and so garden-fresh they bring instant spring flavor to your plate.

The Mini Olive Oil Set ($89)
A sampler of our luxe 'Awake' and 'Alive' extra virgin olive oils, 'Rosette' Garlic, and 'Lucid' lemon oils, perfectly mini-sized for trial or travel. All 100% California-made. The gift that says “I thought about you” without overthinking it.

And if you're treating yourself – completely valid! Arguably the whole point.

Thank you for being here, for trusting us, and for being the kind of person who believes small, beautiful things in life matter.

They do. You do.

With warmth,
Stephanie
