Hi there,

As the director of Partnerships and Sports Retail here at Cheribundi, I’m constantly on the go. While I always manage to squeeze in a workout, my recovery ritual was lacking, and my busy brain meant long, restless nights.

Was I getting the most out of my workouts? Absolutely not.

Cheribundi tart cherry juice was already a game changer in my routine, but adding our new gummies to the mix has been SUPERCHARGING my days.

Here’s my new ritual:

Cheribundi Pure first thing in the morning (I’m a one ingredient kind of guy)— I usually like to drink it straight or pour it over my granola and yogurt.

Pure Gummies after a run. This is what’s been revolutionizing my recovery. I never remembered to pack a juice on the way out the door to get those sweet antioxidants and help my muscles replenish. These guys live in my workout bag (no fridge required), and they’re delicious, so I look forward to taking them as soon as I’m done working out.

Right before bed I’m sipping some Sleep concentrate to relax and and get a dose of magnesium and melatonin for a luxurious and restful sleep. Even on those mornings when the alarm clock goes off too early, I know I’ve recovered deeply and am ready to crush the day.

How will you build your routine to get more out of your dayes? Pick what feels natural.
