Hi there,

We’ve been thinking about what a hypothetical Craighill membership could look like, and before we get too far down the road, I wanted to ask you what you think.

A membership could mean a lot of things, and we want to make sure that whatever form it takes, it’s something that our community will genuinely benefit from. It could mean early access, special products, discounts, or other perks and benefits. It could be fairly simple, or it could be something with a little more to it.

The problem is that we can sit around a room and come up with all of those things ourselves, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they’re things you actually want.

So, to make sure your wants and needs are heard, we put together a short survey to get a better sense of what would actually be valuable to you. What you’d be willing to pay for, what kinds of benefits would matter, how you’d want something like this to work, and what would make it feel like it truly adds value to your life.

We’re still figuring out what this should be, and your answers will help shape it. If we’re going to build something like this, I’d much rather build it around what our customers actually want than make a bunch of our own assumptions about it.

If you have a few minutes, I’d really appreciate hearing what you think.
