CurlMix Family,

Today, I need to share my heart with you.

CurlMix is at a turning point. One that will decide whether we can keep our doors open.

Without your help, we won't be able to continue.

Like so many small and Black-owned businesses this year, we've faced rising costs, supplier delays, and tighter margins than ever before.

We've had to make hard decisions like reducing our team from 40 to 14, stretching every dollar, and waiting longer than ever for supplies that used to arrive in days.

I know many of you have felt that strain with delayed orders and slow customer service responses. I want you to know it's not because of a lack of care. It's because we've been doing everything we can with far fewer hands, fighting to stay alive.

That's why today, we're launching Protect CurlMix, a campaign to help us survive and rebuild stronger.

This isn't just about revenue.

It's about protecting jobs, preserving independence, and proving that a Black-owned, woman-led brand can still stand tall on integrity and community, and create safe, effective products made for us, by us.

The first 300 Protect CurlMix orders are ready to ship now.
All remaining campaign orders will ship by December 10.

If you're able to purchase a bundle, that support means the world to us.

And if you prefer to donate, or can't shop right now but still want to help, you can do that too. Every contribution, big or small, helps keep CurlMix alive and pushes us closer to the future we've been fighting for.

And to everyone who supported our 10 for $10 Anniversary Sale, thank you so much. Your love for CurlMix means the world to us. The remaining Anniversary Sale orders will be shipped between November 3 and November 10.

Thank you for standing by us through every chapter, the wins, the challenges, and now this fight for our future. CurlMix has always been about ownership, authenticity, and community, and with your help, it still can be.

With love and gratitude,

Kim
