Hi ,

Today we're talking about Jessicurl products, which are on sale for 25% off until Friday, November 28 at Curl Warehouse.

Jessica McGuinty founded Jessicurl from her home in 2002 after creating her first batch of a flaxseed-based gel (which you now know as Rockin' Ringlets). Growing up, she had struggled to care for her curls and had been called names like "Mushroom Head, Egg Head, Crusty and Helmet Head" by classmates at school. I feel like most of us have probably experienced similar treatment because of our hair.

Jess passed away at the age of 47 in 2023, the same year Jessicurl celebrated its 20th anniversary, after a diagnosis of Ehlers-Danlos syndrome. Her recipe book is still used today to inspire new Jessicurl products like their latest release, the Clarifying Shampoo.

I never had the opportunity to meet Jess, but I've worked with many of her colleagues and had a chance to meet interim CEO Cindy face-to-face this summer. I have to tell you one thing: they're so passionate about honouring her legacy through the brand she built. Every day they continue to fulfill her mission of helping you achieve gorgeous curls.

Jessicurl was one of the first brands that agreed to work with Curl Warehouse when we first started out. I am grateful to Jess and to Jessicurl for creating amazing products and for taking a chance on us. Curl Warehouse wouldn't be where it is today without their partnership.

If you'd like to see why Jessicurl products are some of our best-sellers - and have been since 2020 - you'll save 25% off until Friday, November 28.

Have a wonderful day and thanks for supporting the dreams of small business owners like Jess, like me, and like so many of the founders that created the other brands we carry.
