Hi ,

I cannot believe how fast this year has gone by – it feels surreal to see the numbers 2024 show up in my calendar. For those who may not know me, hi I’m Scout! I’m the CEO of De Soi – working alongside Morgan and Katy to bring the best non-alcoholic apéritifs to bar carts everywhere. As the year comes to a close, I thought I’d share some of what we’ve been up to!

This year we expanded into over 2000 stores nationwide! Many people assume De Soi is a massive corporate conglomerate, but in reality - it’s just 8 full time employees, working around the clock, to put the best versions of our products on shelves. These partnerships with retailers like Whole Foods, Target, Fresh Thyme, BevMo (to name a few), are such major milestones that wouldn’t be made possible without you all. If you see us in stores, please take a picture and send it our way! Showing your support for us helps us stay in stores for the long haul and means so much for the non-alcoholic category as a whole. (P.S. you can still get 25% off at Target using this link here).

We also launched Très Rosé this year – a new fan favorite. Our mission with Très Rosé was to re-create a familiar palette, while maintaining the unique complexity we thrive to achieve in all our products. I’m not supposed to pick a favorite child, but I think Très Rosé may have to be mine ;).

No year is complete however, without a few bumps along the way. We’ve had such a great response to our bottles, that they’ve actually sold out a few times. There’s so much planning and logistics that goes into a production cycle, and although we’d wish things were always smooth sailing, the reality of a startup is that we just have to roll with the punches and make sure to learn from any mistakes. We know out of stocks can be so frustrating, so we really appreciate your patience as we work our hardest to get them back on your tables, asap.

As we ramp up for Dry January (!!!), I wanted to send you and your families a happy new year and of course – thank you so much for coming along with us this year. We’re always open to your questions and feedback, so feel free to reply to this email to send them my way!

Cheers to a sparkling new year ahead,

Scout
