Hi friends,

As we enter peak fall with cooler days and longer nights, how are you feeling?

With more gatherings, travel, and stress, these next few months can bring shifts in our bodies and minds. Many of us notice changes like seasonal sadness, longer or irregular cycles, and heightened tension or discomfort.

There’s no denying the connection between hormones and mood, so to give you the extra support this season, take 30% off sitewide on Elix products, including your personalized formula when you use the code HOLIDAY30 at checkout!

With shorter and darker days, if you’re starting to feel a roller coaster of seasonal symptoms - here are a few tips to support:

☀️ Try to soak up sunlight first thing in the AM as studies show sunshine and Vitamin D is essential for menstrual health.
🧘 Practice staying calm and grounded as this season can lead to an influx of stress. I love these 3 breathwork exercises from my meditation teacher, Manjit.
🌿 Add Cycle Balance for daily support – your custom herbal blend is crafted not only for hormone health, but also for mood, immune support, and digestion—key areas that can be affected by the seasonal shift. It combines traditional herbs and magnesium to calm the nervous system and support hormonal harmony throughout the seasonal shifts.

Need More Support? Your personalized cycle balance formula is curated with herbs to supplement your weak spots year around!
