Hi ,

You may have seen the news making the rounds last week: PCOS has been renamed PMOS (Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome). Some people are already calling it "Pissing Me Off Syndrome," and as someone who has dealt with PCOS symptoms for over half my life, that feels pretty right to me.

This affects 1 in 8 women, and for many of us, it's a moment of long-overdue validation. The new name finally acknowledges what so many women have felt all along, it's about more than the ovaries.

It's connected to metabolism, inflammation, stress, sleep, mood, and the nervous system; the interconnected systems that shape how we feel every single day.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has always understood this.

Two people can share the same diagnosis and experience it completely differently. One may struggle with fatigue, bloating, and weight resistance. Another with anxiety, insomnia, acne, and irregular cycles. Same label, different root pattern, and that difference matters for how you support your body.

Cycle Balance was formulated through that lens: a personalized herbal formula rooted in TCM, designed to support the whole system. In our clinical trial, 90% saw symptom improvement within 6 months.

Our hope is that this is just the beginning of Western medicine catching up to what TCM has known.

But in the meantime, Elix is here, whether you have PMOS or not.

If you're curious about the TCM take on the PMOS rename, our lead Chinese Medicine Practitioner wrote about it here.

And if you're ready to support your whole system, you can save 20% off sitewide through 5/22.
