AI and HR: The good, the bad, and the ugly

At Findem, we’ve been digging into the new generative AI tools. Most of the results are impressive, but when the data takes an odd turn, it requires human intervention to get back on track. Concerned? Confused? Excited?

I’ll be moderating a lively discussion on the topic AI in the Recruiting Tech Stack: The Good and the Bad with these innovative leaders:

“AI will not replace recruiters. It will change the way we approach Talent Acquisition. It's the largest disruption in recruiting since 1995, the year CareerBuilder launched!” - Phil Haynes, Head of Global Talent Acquisition, Amplitude

“We've got to have EQ with our AI in the talent world. Large learning models (LLMs) are supremely competent at interpreting intent in the most precise way. But without context, that interpretation can have wild results.” - Hariharan Kolam, CEO and Co-founder of Findem

“The AI revolution is here now, and what was once science fiction is now a reality. HR and TA are at the forefront of company culture, so it's critical they lead AI implementation for recruiting and long-term people strategy.” - Satish Kumar, Co-founder and CEO of Glider
