Sweat expectations

Whether your resolution is to lose weight, get toned, or build muscle, we all want to know when we’ll start seeing our efforts pay off. It’s one of our most asked questions. But the answer isn’t simple.

⬇⚖️ A big initial drop in weight is common due to the shedding of excess water weight.
⬆💪 Muscle growth is likely to only show after about a month.
🪞📸 Progress is usually gradual and non-linear and hard to see on a day-to-day basis but taking daily photos can help.
♂️♀️ Initially, men tend to shed pounds and build muscle faster than women due to higher metabolic rates and testosterone levels.

If you’re not seeing results as quickly as you hoped, don’t stress! They will come when you stick to your Coach’s plan. And when they do, you’ll be so proud of what you’ve done. The work — and the wait — is 100% worth it.
