Instagram DMs, meet Klaviyo

Your Instagram DMs can now sync into Klaviyo!

Starting today, you can build segments and trigger flows based on what customers message you on Instagram - bridging the gap between social engagement and the rest of your marketing stack.

When a subscriber sends your brand a DM, Gatsby will create a new event in Klaviyo, giving you access to:

The message content
The sender’s Instagram handle
Their follower count, follow status and more
