Hi ,

If you're one of the 88%* of people who ditch their New Year Resolution by the end of Jan (yep, that counts me, too!), it's time to reset your mindset when it comes to managing weight. Think steady, proven progress towards your health goals, rather than going at it flat out and soon failing...

Right now, you might be wondering if the new weight management programme at HANX is right for you, so I wanted to check in with answers to some of the most common questions we hear:

How does the weight management programme work?
First, you take a digital health consultation which will be reviewed swiftly by a prescribing pharmacist. If this programme is deemed safe and suitable for you, they'll confirm your eligibility. You'll then be prescribed one of the science-backed GLP-1 medications, taking into account your goals and preferences. Find out more about each medication over on our blog. Each month, you'll have a follow-up consultation where you'll share your progress and experience so far with a prescribing pharmacist, who can answer any questions you might have.

What else do I get as part of the programme?
As these weight management medications are designed for long-term progress when teamed with lifestyle changes, we'll make sure you're also set up with everything else you need to stay motivated and on track along the way including:
💙 FREE digital nutritional guides to take the guesswork out of healthy meal planning
💙 FREE digital movement plans for beginners to gym bunnies
💙 FREE digital psychology-informed workbook to right mindset for sustained positive progress
💙 Plus, you'll unlock exclusive partner perks after your first month to help you stay motivated and moving forward along the way (think discounts on meal prep deliveries, supplements and more!).

How quickly can I expect to see results?
Everybody is different. Studies show that most people start to see results within the first month** of using weight management medication alongside a calorie-controlled diet and increased exercise.

What if it doesn't work for me?
You're in charge. If you find that the programme doesn't work for you, you can easily cancel at any time. No hanging on the phone or endless emails - just a few clicks and you're sorted.

Start your consultation now. Plus, you can save £20 when you use code JAN25 at checkout - the offer ends at midnight tomorrow!
I'm right here if you have any questions at all, or you can check out our FAQs here.
