The ultimate self-care tool

May is Mental Health Awareness Month, which serves as an important reminder that sleep and emotional
well-being are intertwined 🔗

Sleep Trivia Answer

beforeIcon True

This is, in fact, true! For thousands of years, humans slept in two shifts, waking up in the middle to chat, do housework, or simply just relax in bed.

This history may help explain why some of us wake up in the middle of the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. It’s not you, it’s your medieval ancestors!

If those frustrating wake-ups are something you struggle with, give our new Still Awake Meditations a go — they’re specially designed for those middle-of-the-night moments.
