You’re ready

Ever find yourself stuck, circling the same decision endlessly in your mind? Overthinking can feel productive, but more often than not, it’s a trap — a loop that keeps us from moving forward. When we ruminate, we give our doubts a megaphone, amplifying reasons to stay still. We psych ourselves out and make excuses. But what if clarity doesn’t come from thinking more? What if the most powerful choice is actually to take a deep breath and leap? Action breaks the cycle of indecision, and even small steps can reveal paths we couldn’t see before. Trust yourself — you’re more ready than you think.

Give it a whirl

This week, think about one thing you can do to turn a recurring thought into action. Sign up for the class you've been researching. Reach out to the person you've been wanting to reconnect with. Lace up your shoes and go for the run. Let momentum carry you forward, and pat yourself on the back for being brave.
