Hey friend,

As 2025 comes to a close, we're thinking about all the ways our bodies carried us through another year—the stressful deadlines and peaceful mornings, the changes and the constants, and approximately 13 cycles (give or take).

Your period showed up for you (sometimes inconveniently, sometimes right on time) but your body kept its own rhythm while you navigated everything else.

Maybe this year your cycle taught you:

To slow down when you need rest
How to prepare better (hello, August subscription)
Some months are just harder than others
To be gentler with yourself

Whatever lessons you learned, your body is doing exactly what it needs to do, and we're here to support you for all of it.

As we head into 2026, remember: Your period is part of your story, not something to hide or hurry through. It deserves good care. You deserve good care.

Here's to another year of cycles, growth, and taking care of ourselves, one period at a time.

With love,

Team August 💟
