Hey there,

A little relationship reality check:

You and your partner probably won’t want sex at exactly the same time, in exactly the same way, forever.

Mismatched libido is incredibly common. One person might want sex more often. The other might need more time, more connection, less stress, better sleep… or simply not be in the mood right then.

That doesn’t automatically mean there’s less attraction, less love, or something wrong with either of you.

It usually just means you’re two different humans.

The important bit is how you talk about it.

Instead of getting stuck in:

“Why don’t you want me?”

Try getting curious about what helps each of you actually feel open to desire.

What makes sex feel easier?
What gets in the way?
What kind of intimacy feels good right now?

We wrote a full guide on mismatched libido with practical ways to navigate the desire gap without blame, pressure, or keeping score.
