Hi Friend,

“It is foolish and wrong to mourn the men who died. Rather we should thank God that such men lived.”

—General George S. Patton

Memorial Day marks the start of summer, the season of long days, long runs, road trips, freshly cut grass, backyard BBQs with kids running through sprinklers — small joys that exist because of large sacrifices.

I encourage us all to take a moment of gratitude today, for the generations of soldiers who gave their lives for the US, our allies, and the freedoms we enjoy.

We don't honor sacrifice by sitting still. We get out there. We take our shot. We live with agency, meaning, and integrity.

Ketone-IQ was born from a research partnership with U.S. Special Operations Command — researching how ketones help elite soldiers stay sharp, safe, and resilient in the harshest conditions.

It's been one of the great honors of our journey to support those who serve at the highest level.

Today in particular, I'm grateful for the often quiet privilege of freedom — and the responsibility that comes with it to leave the world a little better than we found it.

With gratitude,

Michael Brandt
