Hey ,

Wanted to introduce you to an important part of how we can acknowledge and celebrate employees in Lattice - Employee Celebrations to help recognize your hardworking employees 🎉

What is it?

Lattice users get a brand new "Home" tab. This newly designed page puts employee celebrations and company values front and center. Did we have anyone join the company this week? Who is celebrating a birthday or important work milestone?

Everyone spends a lot of time at work, and our focus is to make that time better. Use Lattice to make sure no employee goes un-noticed or recognized. In a world where in-person celebrations are not possible, we designed a virtual celebration wall to bring folks together for big moments in the employee journey. #timetocelebrate

Would love to catch up and hear about any recent employee celebrations you had. You can find time for a quick chat in my signature!

Best,

Alex
