Hey RfH Community,

Businesses concerned about inflation and recession may be focused on cutting costs. But, if you're considering reducing spend on employee development, you could be jeopardizing your business's long-term success.

This week, we're sharing why organizations should continue to prioritize investment in employee growth, even in an economic downturn. We're also sharing how Lattice built a thriving hybrid workplace over the last two years (and what's next), plus a brand new All Hands episode featuring Chef Seth Stowaway of San Francisco's Osito Restaurant who is on a mission to build a healthy, positive people culture in the kitchen.

Thanks for reading and see you next week,
Grace, your RfH Community Manager
