CRE Market: Off Course or On Track?

The CRE market hasn’t exactly followed the script in the first half of 2025. With the second half now underway, there are reasons to be cautiously optimistic about dealmaking in H2 and reasons for caution.

On Monday, August 18 at 10:00 a.m. PT / 1:00 p.m. ET, join three LightBox experts for a live, data-driven midyear check-in. They’ll break down how the CRE market responded to recent volatility, highlight trends you may not expect, and share data on the asset classes and metros getting the most attention in an uncertain market. Topics will include:

The macro picture: Fed policy, capital markets, and the economic backdrop
Q2 highlights from the LightBox Market Snapshot Series and an early look at Q3
Sector updates on major asset classes
Signals from lenders, appraisers, and investors on what the second half will bring

You’ll leave with a sharper view of capital flows, pricing dynamics, and market sentiment, plus a better sense of why the CRE market might be sitting in a better place than recent headlines suggest, and what you should be watching for shifts in the months ahead.

Tune in to find out why the second half could surprise on the upside.
