Hey there,

This year has been a lot. And we're only in March.

If you've been feeling heavier than usual lately, a little more tired, a little more on edge, a little more like you're just getting through the day instead of living it, you're not imagining things.

And you're definitely not alone.

We're hearing it from this community every day.

The world is loud right now. The news doesn't stop. And somewhere between keeping up with everything and keeping yourself together, it's easy to forget that you're actually doing a pretty incredible job of showing up.

So this is your reminder.

You're still here, showing up for the people and things that mean the most to your life. And that counts for more than you think.

Reply with a 🤍 if you needed to hear that today. We appreciate every reply we get.

Stay humble, stay hopeful.

P.S. Our Mental Wellness Bracelet is 20% off today. A little but powerful reminder that the heavy stuff in life doesn't get the final word. See it here.
