Hi there,

Welcome to this month’s myota digest – a little different from our usual emails.

Each month, we’ll be sharing updates from the myota team, gut microbiome research, and a behind-the-scenes look at the work we’re doing.

This time, we wanted to talk about something that’s central to everything we do: research.

We do a lot of research. And for good reason.

Most gut health supplements on the market haven’t been tested in proper clinical trials. At best, they quote studies done on single ingredients - not the full blends you’re actually taking.

But ingredients don’t work in isolation. The way they combine, the doses used – it all matters. That’s why we test our finished formulations in human clinical trials. Because we believe in real results, not bold claims.

Here’s what sets us apart:

Our fibre blends are clinically tested for things like blood sugar, appetite, healthy ageing and cognition.
We don’t chase trends. You won’t find charcoal or apple cider vinegar here – only proven prebiotic fibres that support your microbiome, inflammation, cholesterol and blood sugar.
Healthcare professionals across the UK recommend myota. Why? Because we focus on transparency, evidence, and measurable outcomes.
We work with the NHS and researchers at the University of Reading to ensure every blend is backed by science – not marketing hype.

📢 Research update:

We’re about to launch a new clinical trial. One of the biggest challenges? Finding people to take part. So if you got our email about it recently – or know someone who might be a good fit – we’d love your help spreading the word.

Thanks again for being part of the journey.

Until next month,

The myota team
