Hi there,

At myota, we don’t just talk about the power of prebiotics. We prove it.

Each of our fibre blends are put through rigorous scientific testing. First, we formulate and test in-house, building on more than a decade of research. Then, we validate the results in independent third-party labs. And finally, we run clinical trials on real people (not just petri dishes).

Most supplement companies skip this final step. They rely on generic research about individual ingredients - but not the finished product you actually take.

We do it differently.

Because what works in theory doesn’t always translate to the real world. And your gut deserves better than guesswork.

So when we say our blends work, it’s because we’ve tested them…thoroughly. You get exactly what’s on the label: high-quality, clinically backed fibre that delivers real results.
