Hey ,

You might have noticed we’ve sold out of lots of our bestsellers...

We know it can be frustrating, so we want to explain why this happens with NINI… and why it almost never happens with other brands.

The thing is, the majority of brands don't tend to sell out (ever). Convenient right? But that's because their business models are likely built on mass production, generic ingredients, and formulas that can be churned out in huge quantities at speed. It's about making sales, and lots of them. Cheap formulas. Never-ending supply.

But guess what? Brands created purely to drive sales often cut corners, and unfortunately, it’s the consumer who experiences the negative consequences.

At NINI, everything is made in small, intentional batches using carefully selected, natural and organic ingredients sourced super carefully and consciously. Everything is produced in controlled batches, to strict standards, and only when we’re ready to make something fresh.

Yes, we could take shortcuts. We could make cheaper formulas, produce more, and never sell out.

But it wouldn't be a NINI formula.

Fresh, thoughtful, small-batch products will always take longer to make, but they are ALWAYS worth it.

So THANK YOU for bearing with us. We promise it will be worth the wait. In the meantime, we have lots of Gaia, Detox Oil, Halo & more to keep your skin thriving.

PLUS, spend £50 and we will send you THREE delicious Cosmic Dealer blends absolutely free. Our way of saying we see you and we love you.

We promise there is plenty of AMAZING newness coming the week beginning the 9th of Feb. and we will have your favourites back in stock as soon as we can. We're working on it around the clock. Crimson Beauty and Rain will be back next week!

Green wishes,

Alex & Nicole xx
