Hi there,

Here’s something most women were never told about protein:
It’s not actually the protein itself that signals your muscles to change.

When you eat protein — whether it’s whey, plant protein, or collagen — your body doesn’t use it as-is. It first has to break everything down into smaller components called amino acids. And those amino acids are what your body is really after.

They’re the signals that tell your muscles to repair, strengthen, and adapt — the process that supports metabolism, strength, and long-term body composition.

But here’s the part most people don’t realize: Not all protein delivers amino acids in the ratios your body can fully use. Which means you may be consuming 20–30 grams of protein… without getting the full muscle response you expect.

That’s exactly why we created Sculpt 9.

Instead of delivering protein in a bulky, calorie-dense form, Sculpt 9 provides the nine essential amino acids in precise ratios designed for maximum utilization — giving your body the same muscle-building signal as 20g of protein, with fewer than 5 calories.

And for women, this matters even more.

As we age, hormonal shifts make it harder to maintain lean muscle — even when we’re working out consistently. Muscle becomes harder to build and easier to lose, impacting strength, metabolism, and how we feel in our bodies.

That’s why Sculpt 9 was clinically tested on women, showing measurable improvements in muscle response when paired with training designed for longevity. It’s not about adding more. It’s about giving your body exactly what it needs — and nothing it doesn’t.

And now you know. 😉
