2025 in 5.

There were many moments that shaped Rains this year. Collaborations, shows, launches, events—in case you missed them, here's a recap of the defining five.

01.

Rains x Umbro.

APPLY PRESSURE. A collaboration marking the meeting point between Rains’ minimal design language and Umbro's football heritage. Archival silhouettes, from the Drill Top to the Apollo Cape, were reworked into a refined uniform for the modern spectator. The campaign was shot in the locker rooms at our HQ, tying the collection to the rituals of the game.

02.

FOREVER at HQ.

Back in March, our AW25 runway show took place inside Rains HQ. For one night only, familiar corridors in our warehouse became a sparse, white runway. Models moved through in a line-up of AW25 pieces balancing clean, timeless shapes with more extreme volumes and details.

03.

HOME AWAY drop 0.1.

Rains stepped into homeware for the first time with a collection of hybrid, brushed steel designs that blended industrial materials with soft, simple shapes. The launch unfolded during CPHFW over an intimate lunch. Guests sat beneath a cloudlike installation crafted from 465 square-meters of sailcloth, repurposed from our FOREVER show. The table was set with HOME AWAY kitchenware, moss, and wild interpretations of classic dishes.

04.

Bike.

It was officially a Rains Bike summer. We held rides across three cities—past London landmarks, under the Eiffel Tower, and over a skate park in Copenhagen—where riders experienced their own cities from the seats of their own custom-made, limited-edition Rains Bikes, a hybrid of city and BMX. The rides were led by BMXer and photographer, Austin Augie.

05.

Veneda for Valera.

To introduce the Valera Bag, an iconic new silhouette for Rains, we invited LA-based stylist Veneda Carter into the Rains archive to play—and see where her creativity took her. Short hair to long, runway pieces to iconic styles—the result is a series of striking visuals showcasing the range of the Valera Bag.
