Since our inception, more than 2,000 companies have raised over $2.6B from thousands of investors using the Republic platform.

We’re proud to say that, across the Republic ecosystem, we've seen investors earn millions in returns—and that’s not even including companies that have grown in value, or had “up rounds,” since raising on Republic.

Take Ember Fund, for example—a cutting-edge crypto company that raised on Republic in 2019.

The Ember Fund Story

During Ember Fund's raise, they saw interest from elite investors, secured a key partnership with a hedge fund, received top press coverage, and were invited to Google’s Brand Accelerator. In all, more than 1,850 Republic users decided to invest.

Just 12 months after their campaign ended, Ember Fund secured a $5.3M seed round—giving Ember Fund a valuation 10X greater than the valuation cap Republic investors got in at.

It’s important to remember that because these are private investments, that growth is only seen on paper; it will only pay out returns if and when an exit event (like an acquisition or IPO) occurs.

Still, even on paper, a 10X jump in one year is an incredibly exciting accomplishment—for both the company and its investors.
