Our Promise to the Planet

Transforming the Future.
Transforming the Future.

Sustainability isn’t just a check box, it’s a philosophy. We integrate sustainable, ethical practices into every level of business, from sourcing materials to installation. It’s our duty and our pleasure to continue innovating and setting an industry example.

Our furniture uses only water-based lacquers, paints, and glues to protect the health of our end-users and the people throughout our supply chain. Our entire collection is CARB2 certified and our furniture contains no added formaldehyde, ever.

Our lifetime warranty is a key element in our sustainability model. Unlike fast furniture, Resource Furniture is not disposable; these state-of-the-art systems are rigorously researched and tested to ensure they will last multiple lifetimes. Their modular design makes it easy to replace individual parts or panels as needed, so your piece will never end up in a landfill.

Every person throughout our supply chain is treated with respect and paid a fair living wage, and that is reflected in the end product. That may not be important to the bargain shopper who is willing to settle for a knock-off, but we believe our customers care not only about the quality of their furniture but about the quality of life of the people who make it.

Our mission is to provide beautiful, quality, functional, made furniture that lasts a lifetime with minimal impact. Learn more about what makes Resource Furniture unique — and discover why not all "green" furniture is the same.
