24 Hour Record…On A V10!?!

Eliot Jackson looks out across the Los Angeles skyline

Another Mic Drop

Eliot Jackson’s Ode to LA

Eliot Jackson has hidden superpowers. For this short film, he put down the mic, picked up his guitar and bike, and composed and played the original score. Then he showed us he’s also a talent on the other pedals. Another mic-drop moment for MTB’s raddest polymath.

Since filming with Eliot Jackson, Los Angeles County has been devastated by multiple fires. Hundreds of thousands of people were evacuated, some tragically died, and thousands of structures have been completely destroyed.

Something In The Water

Another Queenstown Record Breaker

Ok, hear me out. I think I’ve found the source of boundless energy and positive vibes. I don’t know exactly where it is, but I think it might come from the waters of the mighty Lake Wakatipu in New Zealand.

See, last week, we reported on Annie Ford’s batshit-crazy downhill record in Queenstown. And right now, as you read this, Ben Hildred is probably riding his bike. Ben aims to climb one million feet in the first 100 days of 2025. That’s 10,000 ft a day for 100 days. Right now, he’s nearing a third of that journey. He had this to say when we reached out for comment:

“Managed to work up an 11,000-ft buffer, so had a cruisy day today. Felt so good, chomping at the bit already for tomorrow. Life is certainly on hold for me until April 10th, but I’m invested.”

Loam Wolf Howls At The Heckler SL

Mid-power Group Test Results

Loam Wolf is one of the leading ebike specialists in North America. They know their stuff, so we were happy to see the Heckler SL get some genuine praise in their mid-power group test recently:

“When it came to getting the Heckler SL pointed down some vert, not one person in our group had a bad time. Cole especially fell in love with this bike within the first few corners… Whatever magic math Santa Cruz did with their geometry resulted in a comfort and confidence like no other bike on test.”
