Hi ,

I thought you’d like to know and sorry in advance for raising my voice at you: SOFT SERVICES LANDED IN TIMES SQUARE! 🤯🍾 Cheers to our very first billboard, and here’s to many more in the future. With our fourth anniversary coming up this spring (how has it been that long already?!), this milestone feels especially meaningful for our small-but-mighty team.

Fun fact: this billboard was made possible through a partnership with our friends at Shop App. If you’re still working through your holiday shopping list (or treating yourself!), you can earn 20% Shop Cash on purchases made through the app until this Sunday, 12/8.

To mark the occasion, we took a little field trip uptown to Times Square—specifically, the corner of 47th Street and 7th Avenue. It’s right across from Sephora, where you can find our products, and smack dab in the heart of Manhattan’s liveliest (and let’s be honest, most chaotic) hub.

This wouldn’t have been possible without your support, and we’re beyond grateful to celebrate this with you in spirit. Whether it’s an extra-thorough buff in the shower, a spritz of Clearing Mist, a luxurious layer of Carea Cream, or a bedtime Theraplush hand massage, we’re honored to be part of your daily rituals.

Hugs from NYC,
Karina
