A mobile app version of your CRM empowers you to stay productive and connected, whether you’re in the office or on the move.

Over the past year, our team has been busy improving both the appearance and the functionality of our iOS app. Our goal is to give you a more seamless experience navigating your CRM when you’re not at your desktop computer. As a result, we’ve added features and design elements that give the Streak mobile app more feature parity with our desktop version.

Saved views

Saved views allow you to filter, sort, and group your pipelines to see which opportunities need your attention the most. For example, you can hone in on leads that haven’t had any interaction in 2 weeks, or deals over a certain size.

We introduced saved views to the Streak app on iOS so you can find and prioritize your work even if you’re not at your desk.

Today view for iPhone

The Today tab is your CRM hub, giving you quick access to your tasks, recent boxes, important saved views, and email activity in your pipelines. This tab was previously available on the iPad version, and you can now find it on your iPhone as well.

This makes it easier to navigate multiple pipelines on the smaller iPhone screen, with your most important information front and center.

Pipeline templates

We redesigned the pipeline creation process on iOS devices to more closely mirror the desktop experience.

You’ll find familiar templates and color schemes and easy editing to create a perfectly customized pipeline right from your iOS device.

Create and edit contacts and organizations

The ability to add contacts in the iOS app is a game changer for Streakers who make connections on the go.

You can now add and edit contacts and organizations from your phone, instead of hoarding business cards or scribbling names and numbers on the corner of your notebook page.

Redesigned views for contacts and organizations

We redesigned the appearance and functionality of the contacts and organizations pages in the iOS app so you can more easily find, add, and edit details about people and businesses in your network.

Beyond the overall appearance of the pages, some of these updates include showing related contacts and organizations and the ability to edit contacts and organizations on the go.

Caller ID

Caller ID displays the first and last name of Streak contacts when they call your phone, as well as in the Recents tab in the Phone app. It helps you identify who is calling when they’re not already in your iPhone contacts and provides context before accepting the call.

This feature is especially useful for those who add a large number of contacts, prospects, and leads to Streak but don’t necessarily add each business contact to your phone. With our caller ID feature, you can quickly see who is calling and gain context before answering the call.

Magic columns in the box view

We added the ability to view magic columns in your boxes on the mobile app.

This gives you access to 46 columns that are updated in real time with data like when your box was last updated, who sent the most recent email, or how many overdue tasks you have in a certain box.

@ mentions in box comments

Leaving comments in boxes can help you collaborate with your team by sharing background information or requesting an update on a certain task.

When you use the @ symbol to mention a team member in a comment, they’ll receive an email notification and can respond directly in the email or quickly open the box to review more conversation history and information.

Improved box editing

We made it faster and more intuitive to edit box details on your iPhone with inline editing.

Each data type has appropriate formatting to select the right type of data, whether you’re adding a date, choosing an option from a menu, adding tags, or typing into a freeform column.

Style & design improvements

With each feature update and improvement, we took the opportunity to spruce up the mobile app and add improvements to the UI and UX.

You’ll notice more UI and feature parity with our desktop version for a seamless experience when you step away from your desk.
