Hey there,

I’m thrilled to announce that Dream Sleep Tea is back in stock!!…and we’ve made some exciting changes I think you’ll love!

Here’s what’s new based on your feedback:

1️⃣ More servings, better value
We’ve upgraded from 20-serving pouches to 30 servings. While there’s a slight price increase on our website, the cost per serving(including the shipping) is now better—down from £1.66 to just £1.34 on our cheapest variant.

2️⃣ Improved storage & accessibility
Alongside our pouches, we’re now offering handy storage tins on our website—perfect for keeping up to 2 packs of Dream fresh and making it easy for you to scoop out every last bit.

3️⃣ Accurate measuring scoops
To reduce waste, we’ve avoided plastic scoops but understand this can make accurate measurement more challenging, so we have created metallic measuring scoops equivalent to one serving of Dream. These are available on our website.

4️⃣ A refined flavour profile
Based on your feedback, we’ve reduced the acidity slightly for a smoother taste—without adding sweetness. Flavour is a constant challenge, given the strong taste of our active ingredients, so we’d love to hear your feedback at

5️⃣ 100% home compostable pouches
Unlike the “fake” biodegradable packaging on many products that rely on PLA linings (which needs industrial composting), our new pouches are 100% home biodegradable and hygienic. You can compost them at home or dispose of them in your food waste bin.

6️⃣ Upgraded delivery service
We’ve switched from Evri to Royal Mail for all shipping. Royal Mail better aligns with our commitment to 5-star customer service, ensuring your orders are handled with care and reliability.

Thank you for your continued support. I’m so excited for you to try the improved Swenyo experience and as always if you have any questions feel free to out!
