Maybe you’ve been feeling it too…
That sense of being pulled in every direction.
Like things suddenly got busy, and no one asked if you were ready.

But maybe, beneath it all, there is another rhythm waiting. A little slower. A little softer.

The fall equinox just passed.
And I just turned 30.

I had imagined marking the day with a little boat outing with friends (nothing extravagant).
But life had other plans for me.

I got sick, and everything slowed down.
No party, no plans, no place to be.
Just stillness.

And in that stillness, something resurfaced.

I remembered that even the smallest everyday moments - like brushing your teeth - can feel different when I take the time to be fully present.

The fresh scent rising as I breathe.
The feeling of a clean mouth.
A little pause before the next move.

I'm learning, gently, that these quiet pauses and intentional breaths between tasks don’t make the chaos disappear.
But they do soften it.

And when I remember to slow down, I like to tell myself:
I am here. I am enough. Just as I am.

It doesn’t fix everything. But it brings me back to centre.
And from there, things often feel a little clearer.

Maybe that’s why I felt like writing to you.
Not to offer answers. Just to share something real.

If these words speak to you, let them stay with you. And if ever you feel like reaching out, it will always be the right time.

However you’re moving through today,
just know this: it is enough.

Sending softness your way ❤️
