Hi,

All too often, we hear about things from other athletes that we keep meaning to look into but then life gets in the way, and we forget.

Well, let me address one of the things I’m sure you’ve been hearing about for some time, and that’s creatine. It’s not just for body builders.

If you’re working out regularly, chances are you need more of it than you can get from food alone. That’s where Momentous Creatine (now 25% off) comes in.

First off, what is Creatine? Creatine is an amino acid found in certain foods, especially meat and fish, and it’s used as the main source of fuel by the muscles and the brain.

Momentous is one of my favorite sources of creatine because it’s a no-nonsense formula.

All it does is boost your cognitive function, build lean muscle mass, reduce inflammation and help you exercise longer.

Yes, that’s a lot. But what I meant to say by “all it does,” is that this is a non-flavored, gluten-free and vegan mixture. You’re not going to get bells-and-whistles. You’re going to get results, however you want results.

Now, should you take creatine? The answer is, “yes, most everyone should be taking creatine.”

And since Momentous products are all 25% off now, I would say, why not? Incorporate some into your day-to-day and see how it improves your daily routine.

If you’ve got any other questions about creatine, give us a shout.
