Hey there,

If 2025 taught us anything, it’s the power of community-the heart of everything we do at Tower 28, and the reason we’re able to build, grow, and keep showing up.

This Thanksgiving, I’ve been reflecting on what an unexpected year it’s been. From the challenges that came with the LA fires to the moments of rebuilding and renewal that followed, this year reminded me of the incredible strength and resilience of people!

This community has shown up in person and online, near and far. From our open casting call and sensitive skin stories at the NEA Expo to first-time T28 users discovering their new favorites, each connection has been a reminder that beauty is about so much more than products. It’s about people coming together, sharing experiences, and supporting one another.

T28 has always been more than just a beauty brand: it’s a place where everyone belongs. The stories, the feedback, the love, and the energy from this community continue to inspire us every single day. As we head into the holidays, I’m feeling deeply grateful for our team, our partners, and most of all, for the community that makes T28 what it is.

Thank you for your trust, your care, and for being the heart of this brand.

XX,
