Hi there!

Anna and Will here, UpCircle co-founders. Thanks for signing up!

Just wanted to pop in and briefly introduce ourselves and UpCircle. We're now the UK's #1 upcycled beauty brand - but how did it all begin?

We had the idea eight years ago. We discovered that more than 500,000 tonnes of coffee grounds consumed each year in the UK are sent to landfill, where they produce methane, a toxic greenhouse gas.

So, we decided to start collecting coffee grounds from cafes across London to transform them into our very first range of coffee exfoliators.

Since then, we expanded this concept of transforming ingredients that would normally go to waste into high-performance skincare. Our upcycled ingredient portfolio continues to grow, with upcycled oat powder, rice bran and orange peel all being rescued for new launches!

In 2022, we extended this circular approach to packaging too. Once you've finished your UpCircle product, you can return the packaging to us to be refilled with our “Return, Refill, Reuse” scheme. We've refilled over 50,000 pieces of packaging so far!

Our products are also vegan and cruelty-free certified as well as being Plastic Negative. Oh, and we got B-Corp Certification last year too!

If you're not sure where to begin, we'd recommend taking our free Skin Quiz which gives you personalised recommendations about our best products for your skin - click here to try it out now.

If you're looking for product recommendations, Anna's top pick is the Caffeinated Duo as a great entry point to the brand - it features our best-selling coffee Eye Cream and Face Serum, brilliant for brightening the skin and helping those under eye bags!

Thanks for joining our mission - we're delighted to have you on board!

Best wishes,

Anna + Will
