Hi UpCircler,

Anna and Will here, UpCircle co-founders. As another year comes to a close, we wanted to reach out to you personally to express our gratitude for continuing to make the UpCircle dream possible together!

Our community means the world to us. We share a commitment to ethical and environmentally conscious choices without a compromise on performance, and your support has allowed us to continue to progress our mission of creating a more sustainable, circular future for the skincare, haircare and fragrance industries (with even more to come next year!).

Looking back on 2025, we're incredibly proud of what we've achieved: over 3,100kg of coffee grounds rescued, improving our B Corp score by more than 10 points, moving into a much bigger warehouse, supporting 30+ charities this year, and growing our team!

We also had some exciting additions to our haircare range: we added the Hair Serum + Scalp & Hair Oil, both already receiving such wonderful feedback from you!

As we look ahead to the new year, our promise remains the same: we will strive to provide you with the best possible skincare, haircare and fragrance, as well as keep doing business with purpose at the heart of every decision. Thank you for your support!

Wishing you a happy and healthy 2026,
Anna, Will and the UpCircle team
