Hey there,

Before the year closes, I wanted to reach out.

This was our first full year as a brand, and it was a big one. We launched 13 new products across cans, gels, bars and sachets. We entered major retail, partnering with Vitamin Shoppe and GNC in the US, and Holland & Barrett in the UK. We ran our first pop ups in New York and London, and had the chance to work alongside some incredible brands across the globe.

But the part I’m most proud of isn’t the list above.

It’s that Cadence became part of thousands of people’s fueling routines. In training blocks, on race days, and in all the work in between. That trust is something we don’t take lightly.

Cadence was built around the idea of daily discipline. Not motivation spikes or perfect weeks, but simple systems you can return to day after day. Hydration and fuelling sit at the foundation of that.

As the year comes to a close and a new one begins, I hope you carry the habits that served you this year.

Thanks for being part of it all.
