The One with the Account-level Data

Hey friend 🙌

Unfortunately, most email tools still pretend that we're serving individual users. In reality though, SaaS companies serve other companies and teams.

You can look at your user base and see 500 paying users. But how many accounts is that, 50 or 500? How do you segment accounts? How do you track engagement across multiple users? What if one user is not doing much, but collectively the account is fine?

Previously, you would have to duplicate company-level information to each individual user profile. It's not a pretty solution.

To address this problem, Userlist supports Company Accounts.

Here's what you can do with this feature:

Properly track one-to-one, one-to-many and many-to-many relationships between users and companies
Segment companies instead of juggling individual users
Properly store company data, instead of having to duplicate it across all users
Enjoy powerful email automation opportunities (like only sending emails to people with specific roles in a company)
