Cann is typing...

There's no brand I'd rather be writing my last issue with...

I was so happy when 's submission came through as I was preparing to announce my departure from Yotpo. After 4.5 years at this company, and 65 weeks of this newsletter, I am moving on to a new opportunity. But not before I get to feature Cann, one of my favorite brands of all time!!!

This newsletter has always been about more than just inspiring email and SMS tactics. It's a place where we celebrate brands that truly display and cultivate their personalities week after week. So it feels perfect that chose messages from three brands whose communications are always pitch-perfect. They know exactly what subject lines will make their customers chuckle, which collabs will sell out the next drop... and most importantly, their customers trust them completely. They also tend to beat to their own drum.

Cann, themselves, always sends wonderfully cheeky emails but it's the messages from Charlie that really shine for me. And if you want next-level brand confidence, check out this campaign Pit Viper launched on 6/9 to lol.

I am so grateful to every marketer and every reader (you!) who has supported this project. Building this community brought me tremendous joy. Please connect with me on Linkedin if you'd like to stay in touch.

Is Typing will take a summer hiatus in my absence 😎, but stay tuned for updates (and pop a Cann while you're at it! Ginger Lemongrass rocks).
