[SHOP MORE OPTIONS] | “So, I'm going to be 100% honest here…” | Austin P. | Verified Customer | “So, I'm going to be 100% honest here. I bought this product late one night after a few to many drinks. I was working late and alone and started doom scrolling instead of just calling my ride form the office. The next day the booker keeper asked me, "what is Zappy Cards?" "I said, either something really cool or a mistake." Well, we love our cards. I have one in the office and the other two on the road with different employees. I'm a tech idiot and was able to set up this product alone. I highly recommend them, sober or not LOL.”

FAQ

How do Zappycards work?

Zappycards utilizes NFC technology, enabling customers to leave reviews effortlessly by tapping their phones on our stand or card. This process is swift and straightforward, similar to the technology used in Apple Pay or Google Pay. It's important to note that ZappyCards is not affiliated with Google; rather, our cards serve as tools to enhance outcomes, making it
convenient for your customers to leave reviews on the Google platform.

What's the difference between this and QR code?

NFC (Near Field Communication) cards and QR codes serve similar purposes in contactless data transmission, but they utilize different technologies:

NFC Card: Requires close proximity for data transfer. It offers enhanced security and faster transactions, making it ideal for secure transactions like payments and data exchange.

QR Code: Can be scanned from a distance using a smartphone's camera. It is commonly used for various applications such as marketing, ticketing, and information access.

NFC's secure and rapid data transfer, especially for sensitive transactions, makes it more advantageous compared to QR codes in certain contexts.

Are there any additional fees or subscriptions required?

Zappycards are a one-time purchase, and there are no additional fees or subscriptions required. Once you have the stand or card, you can use it indefinitely to collect reviews without any recurring costs.

Does the customer need to download an app to scan the ZappyCard?

There's no need for customers to do anything other than a simple tap on the Zappycard. This action will seamlessly direct them to your Google Review page. It's a hassle-free process for effortless access to your reviews. 👌

Which devices are compatible with your NFC products for reviews?

Today, the majority of cell phones are equipped with an NFC reader. Whether you're using Android or iOS, you'll be able to read our contactless products without a hitch. Some older devices don't have NFC readers, which is why we highly recommend creating custom QR codes, and any smartphone with a camera will be able to read them. ☺️
