Hey friends,

Let's talk about the task that keeps restaurant managers up at night: scheduling.

As Barry McGowan, CEO of Fogo de Chão, puts it: "In a perfect world everybody gets their schedule, all the guests show up at the right time… Unfortunately, business changes… sometimes scheduling and forecasting is somewhat unpredictable."

He's right, and he's not alone. Scheduling can feel like solving a puzzle that keeps changing shape. The good news? The right technology makes it a whole lot easier to anticipate, adapt, and stay ahead.

This week's spotlight breaks down exactly how to choose restaurant employee scheduling software that actually works for your team.

Cheers,
